How to Book Ice Time

1. You must be signed in to ONLY your Cornell google account in order to book ice time below. One way to accomplish this, if you have not already, is to open an incognito window and sign in to only your Cornell google account, then re-access this site.

2. You must have been entered into the system's records, either by being an active member or through contacting someone on E-Board. Else the system will not let you book regardless of whether item (1) is satisfied.

3. If you are not a paying member (have not paid your semesterly dues) the system will send a verification request to the co-treasurers for any attempted booking. Please Venmo before or shortly after attempting to book ice time AND contact one of the treasurers (ex. on Slack) so that we can verify your booking. 

4. Unless there is > 1 hour from the start of a session and it is not full, booking each session will cost credits. Each member paying dues is allocated 2 credits each week. 

If the webapp doesn't load for you (you don't see anywhere to book sessions under the "Booking System" button) please go directly to the webapp with the button.
